Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Everything sold here is a digital product, delivered immediately — so refunds work a little differently than for physical goods. This policy sits alongside your statutory consumer rights, which always take precedence where they apply.
One-time products (templates, courses, ebooks)
If a product is broken, incomplete, or materially not what its store page describes, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you in full — your choice.
Because digital files can't be returned, we don't otherwise offer change-of-mind refunds once a product has been downloaded. If you bought something by mistake and haven't downloaded it, get in touch within 14 days and we'll refund it.
Supporter membership
- You can cancel at any time from the order-management link in your purchase email. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; no further payments are taken.
- Cancelling doesn't refund the current period, but if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and haven't used the supporter downloads, we'll refund that payment in full.
- Charged after you cancelled, or billed twice? That's our problem, not yours — contact us and we'll refund it straight away.
How to request a refund
Send a message through the contact form, including the email address you purchased with and your order number or receipt (it's in the purchase email from our checkout provider). We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method — the checkout provider (as merchant of record) processes them, which typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits your legal rights. If you're in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, which you waive for immediate delivery at checkout as the law allows — but your rights to a remedy for faulty digital content are unaffected and have no time cap beyond what the law sets.
