These terms apply when you use this website (https://coderunship.com), buy a product from the store, or join as a supporter. CodeRunShip is operated by Chaitanya Sunkara ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site and its content
CodeRunShip publishes videos, blog posts, templates and other developer resources. Free content — including source code shipped alongside episodes — is provided for learning and use in your own projects under the licence stated where it's published (or, if none is stated, for personal and commercial use with no warranty).
Everything on the site is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that code, templates or tutorials are error-free or fit for any particular purpose. You're responsible for testing anything you build with them.
Purchases
Paid products and the supporter membership are sold through our checkout provider, which acts as the merchant of record — the provider named at checkout handles payment, billing and applicable taxes (such as VAT) under its own terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change; a change never affects a purchase you've already made.
Digital product licence
When you buy a template, course, ebook or other digital product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own projects — including commercial projects you build for yourself or a client. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the product itself (for example, re-uploading a template or course for others to download).
Supporter membership
- The membership is a recurring subscription billed at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the order-management link in your purchase email; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Access to the supporter area is via the licence key issued at purchase. Keep it private — sharing it may result in it being revoked.
- Supporter benefits (templates, early access, behind-the-scenes updates, store discounts) evolve over time; we may add, change or retire individual benefits while keeping the membership's overall value.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or bypass the supporter-area access checks, scrape content at scale, or use the forms to send spam. We may withdraw access from anyone abusing the site or sharing paid content.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
